I have received several calls from this phone number located in Oklahoma. A Christine Moore left a message. I did get through to a Jessica. She said  that i had borrowed $1800 and i had been paying this back  from my checking account.She said that her firm was representing the client. She also said  that my checking account had closed in 2007 and she correctly gave me the last 4 digits of my  bank account. I talked to my bank and and they stated there is no history of my account being closed because of insufficent funds. My banker says this is a scam. Jessica had also told me that their client had called  me several times asking me for payment. He said their law firm would settle for $600!!

I keep receiving threatening calls from 916 2011016 from the same person stating that malicious intent defrauding an institution. Some Rise Credit tried to abstract money from my bank for a prepaid loadable card in the amount of $300-&500. They some how acquired sensitive info about me and were attempting to collect this debt which they said I made. Some atty. called Howard Steiner & Associates is attempting to suit me for $1733.39. I did not borrow money from these people and I do not intend to pay them  1 cent. Please advices as to what I should do to stop this fraudulent behavior? I do not intend to respond to Christine Moore about this matter!!!

I have received a phone call from Christine Moore and I called back saying I was not the person they were looking for. I've been harassed by these people for years. The woman I spoke to was rude and said, "I could have handled it better." I have been harassed for three years by these people.

You could have "...handled it better".  Better my A$$.  I would have handled it right up to her skanky crowbeak nosed face and said "Handle this... b1tch"

I got the same call too and she left the same message and I immediately knew it was a scam.  if there are any complaint, someone will not call you, they will contact you by mail.  She is the one we need to file a complaint to about leaving messages on our phones.

I have received a call from this company over the past three days wanting the name and number of my attorney because I    I have  defrauded a loan company by the name of Rise.   She informed me that if I do not pay them back that they would press  two felony charges against me.  I called my local police department and will be meeting with a detective to investigate this as I have never received a loan from this company.  I got another call from them today and I informed James, that they are a scam and that I have contact my local police department for further investigation.  James responded "Wow" and hung up on me.  I suggest if you are getting calls from this company that you inform them that you are contacting your local police department and follow through with it.  The police officer I spoke with told me that they will link with other city/counties/states to build a better case on this company.

I called my local police department.  They will have a detective investigate the company.
