Called my home didn't leave a message... who is calling me

Same number came up on my caller id, but the name Starnet Inc came up with the number.  They didn't leave a message on my machine.  They let it ring 3 times and hung up.  Hope this sheds some light on a direction for you to go to find out who it is.

I don't know who this # belongs to, and I want this # to stop calling my cell phone!

I began getting calls from a a lot of strange numbers...this being one.  I only have a cell phone so wait for message ....this one did not leave any as do most others.  It started after applying to jobs on a jobsite.   I think DNC rules that if you give out your number, anyone is allowed to call ...great way to take advantage...calls are usually connected to furthering education   This I know as I answered onbe, and the man sounded startled he actually had a live one...stuttered something about education and I screamed at him to take me off their freaking list that I was NOT interested !  ...

They call and dont say anything continuously calling 2 different cell phones we have. all my phone are registered on DNC list

Receiving calls from this # and several others like it after using jobsites for applications for employment. Even if you select "NO" about education or other types of offers they will call.  Very aggravating.  Why bother asking you if you do or do not want info if they are going to hound you anyway?

I keep getting calls like this (nothing said when you pick up and always from a different number) on my cell phone and I don't know where it is coming from, since I hardly EVER give the number out. I also keep getting texts about jobs and I have not filled out any job things that I know of. I think I will just have to change my cell phone number.

I have been getting calls all day long up until 9 PM from the above number.  They let the phone ring three times and then hang up.  No message.

Googled them, at least locally in NC they are sales calls, selling VoIP. Sometimes if it's a recorded message, if you answer, it gives you an option of "press 7" to discontinue their calls, worth a try.

Been recieving calls from this number.  DO NOT ANSWER.  if you recieve a call from this number or any other number (local or 888, 877, 866, 855, 800) that you do not recognize, DO NOT ANSWER THE CALL, NOT EVEN TO TELL THEM TO STOP.  This is a new spam they have going on to track cell numbers and collect information.  If you answer, the number enters a data base which retrieves your local information from a GPS system, and also retrieves your personal information (mailing address, cell phone account, etc), then they turn around and sale your information to telemarketers, to send you emails, phone sales or junk mail.  If you don't answer the call, after 3 or 4 days, they disappear.  I know is a pain in the padded toosh!... but that's the best and safest way to deal with that.

Got a call from this number. Needs to be reported and something needs to be done about it even though it probably won't because nothing ever is.

This number called and did not leave a message. I tried calling the number back, a representative answered and  I said hello, they play this stufff that they cant hear you. I asked the representative could they hear me and they said "yes". Then 2 seconds later they said we cant hear you and disconnected. This is a scam!! If you have a smart phone, then download mr. number and block that number.

I keep getting calls from this number and when I call to see who they are as there was only three rings and it stopped, They also did not leave a message. I called the number back a lady answered and when I replied that you call me and I would like to know why you called. She hung up. How do I stop these people from calling.
