They called me restricted and said to call cause I was being served. I never heard anyone giving you a heads up on serving you.

I just got the same call. Deleted as spam as well.

Called restricted at first then left me a voicemail stating to serve me papers and can be canceled if I call back this number. Glad I'm not the only experiencing this. Definitely feels like a scam.

Call came in as Private # a Melissa said she was calling as a private currier and would be serving me papers at my home or place of employment (to have 2 forms of idenfication, etc) what a load of crap!. let them come!!!!

Called saying that they are a loan company and I owe a debt, if I pay a certain amount they won't file a legal dispute

Number came across as unavailable. called my work and i answered it. Stated they were coming to serve me paperwork but stated an other last name I used. Its been over 10 years since i used that last name. Weird.

This is a scam... don't call them back...

Called and said coming to my home or work and that Melissa would need 2 forms of Id to serve me papers. Ummm nope not calling them back scam

They left a message from a private # they filed with my county and will serve me papers at work or home and I need 2 forms of ID.  Or to call back....I will just wait to be served thank you....

I got the same exact call. It was under my maiden name. I said what is this regarding. She got snippy with me. Mentioning identity I haven't had in years. I'm glad I'm not the only one. Exactly, let them come. When I've been served before you don't show 2 forms of identification, maybe a signature but that's it. I can't find nothing online about this either. About a judgement. Wow, scammers are at it. Could hardly understand her.

Said I had a judgement against me. Would be served at work or residence. Using my maiden name, about some cash loan. I've paid all my bills off

I just received this call at work.  I don't owe any debt.   Not sure what this is about.

Same as everyone else.  They called me saying they were looking for a 'greg score' or something like that.  I'm not Greg and I definitely don't have anything in collections.  Scamming should be a federal crime.

Called the number (stupidly) and gave them the reference id (double stupid).  Asked the name of the person -- he said Ravin Wade.  I aske the company and he hung up on me.  Hoping they get shut down quickly.

Called restricted and left a voicemail stating that were looking for me but used a different last name stating that they had a legal action against me and needed to service me papers to my home and or employment and I would need to have 2 forms of ID . That she stated I could call the above number to resolve the issue and if I did not not she looked forward to serving me . First of all this was a recorded message.

They are threatening people and bothering people while at work!

I just received that same call the same way. Smh. These people need to be stopped

Received the same call as everyone else. I just ignored it and the message they left.  Scam is definitely at a all time high. Something need to be done with these people!!
