Someone calling about a property on Lighthouse Court.   Not sure what it is about but definitely an unwanted call.

Got a call from this number today (1/2/2019) at around 2 PM.  Caller ID showed up as "Out of area 1-925-272-0007".  As with all "Out of area" calls I let it roll thru to voice mail.  When my voice mail picked up, a robocall message was already in progress.  It identified the caller as being the "Fair Offer Group".   The robocall kept spewing out an infomercial-like ad that rambled on for a couple minutes explaining how they could buy "your property" at a fair price.  However, the call never mentions what particular property they're calling about, or even what geographic region they're calling about.  They do, however, provide a number for you to call to get more info.  That other number mentioned was 510-306-7001.  So a while later I tried calling that number (using *67 to block my own CID).  That just gets you another recorded message with the same info, except at this number you get directed to leave your contact info on their voice mail (which I definitely did NOT do).  Bottom line: These are scammers.  No legitimate business operates like this -- or would refuse to honor the Do Not Call registry.  Added both numbers here to my phone's Call Block List.
