I just paid $25 to change my home landline phone number because of incessant robocalls from 8am to 8pm every day, & they have found my new number within 2 days. I have not answered any calls from numbers that I don't know, but the phone rings over & over while I try to work from home. This number was one of the calls. PLEASE do something about this, FCC!!!

Calls many times a day. Google search shows that it is for HP Construction in Danville, CA. Answered because we have only had this number for a few days and figured it was for the previous number holder. The caller immediately went into a spiel that it was a recorded call about home loans. (funny thing is we had just completed our home loan and closed on our home a few weeks ago)...so I told them to remove our number from their call list as we had no interest we shall see if it works.

I have ALSO paid for an unpublished number and continue to get calls from this number.

I too have a new number and I have gotten numerous calls from this number.  I do not answer numbers that I do not recognize.

I just got my number 1 week ago and havent even givin it out yet and they called asking for the home owner.

The caller isn't the "owner" of those nu.bers, just the spoofer of them. And what do you expect the police to do about unwanted phone calls? Get a call blocker which enables you to block entire area codes and don't bother law enforcement.
