    Received a pink postcard claiming "NOTICE OF PARCEL ON HOLD", "FINAL NOTICE", and "PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN (3) DAYS".  No sender is identified on the postcard, but it was mailed from Concord, CA per the postage block, under permit no. 281.  Also, the sender can't spell "addressee"; they misspelled it with one "s" on the card.  The telephone number listed is 925-278-5940.  This is certainly a scam and it's going into the round filing cabinet.
