Credit Card bill collector from Washington Mutual. They call constantly Monday through Sunday many times per day.

I've missed my last payment and they are calling non-stop.

Someone speaking broken english Keeps calling and asking for someone who don't live here.

Calls constantly, never leaves a message. It's unidentified, so I don't answer. I don't have any late CC payments, so there is no reason for this.

Says his name is Bob, and will not stop callling after i told him Abel is not here.He says that he is from SIMS & ASSOC. and thats it !!!!!!

Calls every 45 minutes starting at 8:45am until 8:45pm. I don't answer because I didn't know who it was and if it was important enough they could leave a message. I'm only 2 weeks late on my payment, they'll get their money. This is harassment.

Called 8:30 Saturday morning, and 5 times so far today.  I won't answer because I don't know the number and I don't have an account with Washington Mutual

Called me a couple of times. First time: no message. Second time: static message and A LOT of beeping.
If they left a legit message I would call back with no problem.

They called twice today (so far) and they did not leave a voice mail. All my bills are paid on time. Don't undertand why they are calling me!!

A middle eastern man, who claims to be from Washington Mutual, called me and said I'm late on my bill, which I'm not.

He kept trying to get me to pay with a check, which I refused.  I don't know what it was, but the whole call was very weird and something didn't feel right about it.

Received a call from this number on 5/23 at 8:26 Eastern time. I didn't answer, but thought that 925 area code was from Walnut Creek, CA, so I looked it up. A message wasn't left.

Constantly calls saying they are from Washington Mutual.

Never left a voicemail except for once giving me a website something canhelp.com along with a number 1-800-568-5025

They call me harassing me several times each day.  On average 4-5 times per day.  It is getting very old.  I never answer.  I am about to answer and tell them off if they do it one more time today! I am behind by 1 payment on my card.  I am paying it off in full this coming payday.  I can't wait to close the credit card account to stop their harassing calls!!!!

ladie called several times today, left no message 6 times today. traced the call and read all these messages.called agin picked up the phone and told this person they were being recorded and they hung up. have not heard back since.

receiving calls sveral times a day from 925-738-0247. I have voice mail and an answering machine. They never leave amessage. There is no name on the caller ID. We are not late on any payments to Washington Mutual, so I don't know what they want. If they don't leave a message, I am not going to call back just because I know their number. I feel this is bordering on harassment and intend to pay the credit cards off at the next opportunity. This is no way to treat clients.

People, this is a SCAM!!  Do not respond with any of your personal account information.  These people are just trying to steal your info so they can access your account.  Even the website they set up is false.  DO NOT enter any of your info on the website: wamucanhelp.com.  I contacted WaMu to let them know this is happening and I'm waiting for a response.

I would suggest doing as johnnyz did.  Let them know they are being recorded and/or ask for any info you can about the caller (i.e. their name, business address, employee ID #, etc.).  They'll probably get frustrated with you and leave you alone.

Same thing we do not owe a bill still get numerous calls from this number, will not answer the call last call at 7:45 pm

Keep getting these calls, the Caller ID says that it is a CREDIT OFFER. Have not answered. I do not even have a credit card with Washington Mutual so I do not know how they got my number..

Got 6 calls from this number on 6/2/07.  They weren't listed, and never left a VM.  I picked up and told them each time to stop calling my number.  I do have a WaMu account but it is kept up to date and has been paid on time.  I had a friend research this number and he sent me this site link.  I will report them if they keep harassing me. Does WaMu realize there are people doing this?  I'm going to close my account w/ them immediatley and advise my friends/family to keep their info away from WaMu.

They call CONSTANTLY and do not leave a message.  I have caller ID and when this # comes up, I don't answer it.  Finally after the FIFTH call in a MORNING from them, I answered it and it took someone that doesn't speak English 2 minutes to get on the phone with me.  I ended the call immediately but they keep calling!  Talk about harrassment!!!
