Got a call from Washington Mutual. They told me that they did not receive my credit card payment.

All from the same Collections

They call all day.  When I answer and tell them the person they want is not available, they will not leave a name or contact number for the person to return the call.  To top it off, the person they want lives with us, but the phone is in our name and we pay the bill.  As far as I am concerned, they are tying up my phone line with business that in no way shape or form concerns me or my immediate family.  I really wish there was a way to stop them or report them for unfair business acts.

I have recieved calls from this number for the last 3 day, there have been 23 of them, all with the same area code and prefix and different endings, and I am on the do not call list...the cell phone is a company phone...

It's Washington Mutual Card Services number.  Must be a sales call, as I have nothing to do with WaMu and have none of their credit cards.  Also recieved calls from the same company @ 8175240912

925-738-0248, 925-738-0328, It's Washington Mutual they call several times each day when you are late with a payment. they never leave a message.
I never answer out of area calls on my cell if they are unknown to me.

I had a Visa card from PayPal and the account was bought by WaMu
They started charging monthly service fees and over 30% intrest
plus charges for over limit due to these fees
