Gah - calls from 925-738-0258 and 925-738-0249 - no response if I answer no message if I do not.  I tried calling WAMU - with whom I have no account - but cant get through their computer system to talk with a real person, so I do not know if they would agree this is their number.

The first two calls from 925-738-0258 when I answered, no one said anything, but the 3rd time a lady named Yolanda with heavy accent said my account was delinquent and would I make a payment that day.  My account was not delinquent so I considered this a scam, although when I called the number, an automated voice said "Welcome to Washington Mutual, please enter your 16-digit credit card number" -- but maybe this number is set up as a scam??  If it were really WaMu, wouldn't their name be on the caller id instead of just the number and "out of area"?  I think it's the law that it would have to be identified by name as well as number.  Anyway I refused to give any information or to make a phone payment, of course, and told them I was reporting the call to the official WaMu company.  Which I would do, but as someone previously mentioned, it seems impossible to get a person on the line.  If I get another call from this number, I'll try WaMu again.

I got 2 calls from 925-738-0258 yesterday and 2 today from 925-738-0273.  I too have a WaMu credit card account, and I am actually past due this month, so maybe this number is legit.  I just wish they'd leave a message and get on with it.  I just made a payment so if the calls stop I'm going to say that's why they were calling.  But if they don't stop I'm going to have to have them blocked.

I've received about 13 calls from this number in one day. I never answer numbers I don't know. I have caller ID obviously. They hang up when my answering machine picks up. This number has been calling me for a week now.

I'm taking note of this and relaying a message to my parents since the phone is in their name. I own no credit cards.

I made a purchase at the Gap store in Wall Twp. Highway 35. I used my credit card but did not notice the number 2058 instead of my number. I returned some items which came to seventy-seven dollars and was supposed to be credited to my Visa account. They used the same number 2058. I did not see the credit on my checking account and when I went to the store to tell them they had no idea what happened. How do I handle this matter?
