This is one of more then a dozen numbers from the same area code and prefix that calls my cell phone, leaving no message on voice mail or not speaking when I answer. Even though I said hello 3-4 times.

Have received multiple calls from this and 02, 49, 51, 52,53,54,61, 62, 67, 68 and 69. Never answered as I do not know anyone from this number. Having read all of the other posts I will answer and see what happens. It is annoying to receive calls from sun up to sun down, 7 days a week.

Several calls per day every day of the week.  Never leave messages.  What are the guidelines for filing for cell phone harrassment?

then I hung up!
