This number calls me several times a day. When I answer there is a dead silence, and then the call is disconnected.

This number calls me on my cell. When I answer there is a dead silence, and then the call is disconnected.  Also, whenever this number calls and I do not respond, no one leaves a message.

This number calls at home and Caller ID says it's "E Coverage" . I don't answer calls from someone I don't know. But I just started getting calls from this number at work as well. From the comments on here, I'm not picking up. I don't want any funny business going on.

These numbers (925-738-0322 & 0324) are constantly calling my home and cell right after each other....I listed on the do not call listing....my caller id donesn't have name just numbers....I have no idea who they are or why they're calling but I'm going to have these numbers reported and research to prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law!!!!

This number has called me about 3 times. it's even called me at 9pm PST!! i have no idea who this is or why they are calling. i have also received calls from 925-738-0272...

They keep calling me house number

I;m getting 3-5 calls per day...even on Sunday. I answered and got some guy asking for my wife. I cursed him...damn I hate this [***]!

I have recieved 2 phone calls on my cell from this number, both went unanswered as I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. No messages left. Looked it up online, found this website and read the posts...really quite irritating.

Phishing scam.  Called the number back and it went to an automated system with this message" Washington Mutual Card Services - Please enter your 16 digit credit card number."

Who would actually give out their credit card number like that.  I guess some fools must, or they wouldn't be doing it.

Called back.... got please enter your 16 digit credit card number.... pushed 0, then asks... please enter 10 digit social security number.

Yeah, I'm just gonna enter that information!!!  *ugh*

Several Calls Daily On Home Number and Cell - Line Is Silent

I keep getting calls from this number 925-738-0250 and 0322. It's an automated recording asking for my credit card and social security number. If you don't enter anything and just wait on the line, it then asks for your date of birth and billing zipcode. Can you say SCAM! How do you stop calls like this? I signed up on the "DO NOT CALL" list but still get a call from this number.

Finally answered it, and it was Washington Mutual calling for a late payment, 2 days, and they'd called from all the above numbers FREQUENTLY for the past 2 days!

I've been getting about 5 calls a day during the week from 925-738-0252.  I don't answer and no one leaves a message.  Does anyone know how to stop them from calling?  Is there a way to block a number?

It is Washington Mutual Card Services. A TOLL-FREE number for their Card Services department that you can call to be placed on their Do-Not-Call list is 1-866-892-9268.

I've received several calls from them, beginning about four or five weeks ago. They've been calling my cell phone which irritates me because they're chewing up my cell minutes. But even worse, I just got a call from them in a poor signal area so (not realizing it was them again) I conscientiously called back whoever was trying to reach me from a land line and had to pay long distance charges. That's why I've provided the TOLL-FREE number above.

I have the impression they really did add me to the Do-Not-Call list because all they asked for was my name, number, and the number that I was being contacted from (925-738-0272), then the person who seemed helpful went into a script about how soon it would take effect: "Should take effect within 48-hours, but may take up to seven days for calls to stop completely..." blah, blah, blah.
