no msg left-number unknown by me

Person keeps calling.  Calls a few times a day.  I refuse to answer it.

I called back it was Washington Mutual Credit Card Accout Services

I answered the phone and a recording told me "please wait while your call is connected...please hold while I try to reach the other party..." This went on for 53 seconds and then I decided to hang up. Originally I thought it was a scam or telemarketer or even worse, I thought maybe it could be one of those scams that once you connect then they have your info and can start making expensive phone calls on your account (I've seen too many Dateline specials).  I see another poster said it was Wamu card services which would make sense since I have a card with them and am currently past due. Oh well!
