This guy has a very distinctive voice, so I recognize him EVERY SINGLE TIME he calls begging for money for "the FOP." Area code 928 is in the Tucson area. Why on earth would I give money to a police department when I live no where close to that area? I keep telling him to stop calling, but he keeps calling back begging for money. This is scam plain and simple.

Get call once a week...same guy (Thomas).....seeking donations for FOP
Told him I would hand him a very large check.just come by and get it.
He hung up....but still calls hoping

called at 922 am pt today, didnt answer, caller id said "unknown" also, today at 1157 am pt, anonymous called from 605-340-1237.  that chain on 800 notes also references "FOP" ... hard solicitation for $$

My son answered - they gave the usual spiel - he said " I am Officer -----, what branch are you from??"  The guy said " oops, sorry to bother you". My son started another question but THEY HAD ALREADY HUNG UP. Guess this tells you what you want to know. With any luck, scammers
that they are, they won't call back....

Received a call on my business phone. I answered it and immediately a recording came on and said "goodbye" and hung up. I called the number to ask to be removed from their calling list but didn't get to speak to anyone. Got the goodbye response again and hung up on me. They most likely are just verifying that we are business in order to market whatever they are peddling so someone can contact us. I would never do business with anyone that uses these tactics

928 is not Tucson. It’s northern Arizona. Just to clarify.
