Got a call from this number, I answered, the guy could hardly speak english, couldn't understand him. He said, "hello Kathryn yes I wanted to inform you that you are eligible for a credit of $9,000 that you will never have to pay back." I said , "You need to remove my number and name from your call list." And hung up on him. Then I called back because I wanted to make sure my info was removed from whatever "service" this is. The man that answered told me he would need my card number and name to remove my info and it would cost me $50. I started yelling at him and insisting that he remove my name and number from the call list and he told me he couldn't do that without my card number and name. F*** these people!

After 20 mins. Finally broke them down. They are scammers from China.  As previous posts stated they promise 9k of  money. But if you push them where it's coming from they say HHS.  And after asking who is the HHS cabinet member the caller gets confused and transfer to a supervisor.  At they end they admitted they are scammers from China. Becareful.

The caller hardly spoke English and said he was from the federal credit department and I was selected to receive $9500 all I have to do is pick it up from a western union or it can be deposited right into my account o told him to send me something in writing and he said he wasn’t able to do that in turn I said I was not interested and hung up I later called the number back to see what company it was again and the times sounded very strang and nothing felt right!!!! Stay away!!

Said the same as everyone else reported above $9000 that I never have to pay back (yeah right!) and when I asked to be taken off the list he said why, why, why, why ... I responded with I can’t understand you and I’m not interested ... he responded with oh so it’s a [***] you? I said no please remove me from the list ... he again responded with oh so it’s a [***] you? .... I hung up and blocked the number!

Call and left a message. Called back and he started saying I wanna hug you, kiss you, touch you and love you. I never felt so disgusted. Don’t answer and definitely don’t call back.

Called today and said he was from United States Federal Government Student Grants Dept. Hardly spoke English and said his name was David. I hung up on him. He texted me a lude photo of a naked man bent over. He called me several more times and I ignored him.

I missed a call from the same number, I called back and said I was not interested and asked what I had to do to make them stop calling me and his response was kiss me thru the phone.  I told him to go F himself and hung up.  I wish there was someone we could report these calls to.

Keeps calling me from different numbers including this one saying they are looking for somebody named Brenda. I keep telling them they have the wrong number and to stop calling and texting me but yet they keep calling back and I keep continuing to block every number they call from.... So Frustrating. I asked who they are and they said the From the Federal Loan Department or some other BS excuse.. Don't answer.

I got a call from this number today.  I did not answer it.  Thanks to the people that reported it here.  I appreciate it.  Feel free to report any additional numbers they use.

They keep calling the office looking for my husband who I also work with, I always say he isnt here, Im his wife, Can I help you?  In a very stern voice.  They always hang up on me LOL
