Say she is from the Daily News & thanks me for being a subscriber & wants to offer me a price..Hmmm!

I just received the same call as Jeanie above did except they were telling me that my subscription had expired and my credit card on file had expired and they needed a new card to charge it to.  This was the dead give away for me.  That particular credit card (they gave me the last 4 digits on it) is one that was hacked in May of this year along with 3 other credits cards.  I had to cancel all my accounts, notify everyone of the changes I had made, and obviously this wasn't one of them I called...... It's a scammer..... they are hacker's..... I do not have.... nor have  ever had a subscription with the Daily News..... I received an email from them the other day stating the same thing about "my" subscription that never existed...... I put it in my SPAM folder and deleted it!!
