thye are using my 800 number and i am being charged for unwanted calls

About once per week for the past 3 months I have received a voice mail message on my phone from 940-566-1276.  Apparently they are trying to fax something because the message is only a screech from a fax machine.  This is getting old and I would appreciate any help to get this to stop.

I keep getting calls from this number. When I answer my name is mentioned, first and last. I am then asked to press 1 to accept this call. When I do a fax tone is heard. I tried to call the number all day and rings busy although late in the evening, west coast time it just rings. I do believe this is a fraud scam of sorts.
