now they tell dept of ag dnc person that they did not call  they block my number so they are saying i am lying
but in reading the comments about how they hire no wonder there violating the law.
the corp office was investigated and is on a watch list out west for selling as a broker in financial securities  unlicensed
so i will get my tape recorder out for the next call i expect around the first of august and i know i have to tell them i am recording

Unwanted calls should be reported to the FCC using form 1088 which can be sent on-line at their website, fcc.gov.

Repeated phone calls from 941-371-7141. They hangup when I answer using a device from Radio Shack that transmits a code telling the robo caller that the phone line is no longer in service.

Before a schedule for an interview, I asked the Lord to show me the place were i am going to be. I saw the four same dreams during a night. This is was a dangerous place.

I just got a call from 941.371.7141 and it was Pat Donnelly. I had to ask her what the position was and it didn't fit my skill set at all. I initially agreed to the interview but then decided to do a little digging. I will NOT be showing up there tomorrow! Thanks, everyone!

I also received the same message to set up an interview with Pat Donnelly this morning.  Glad I googled the company before I returned the call.  She got my resume on career builder!

I just got a call yesterday from Pat Donnelly with Bankers Life down in Sarasota, Florida (60 to 70 miles from where I live) wanting to schedule me for an interview for a "Management position" after pulling my resume from Monster.com.

I'm glad I did some research and came across these comments, because I went through this a couple of years ago with a company in my area that had about a dozen of us herded in for a group interview with the branch Manager, and they wanted us to pay over $400 upfront for the training and licensing fee.
During this long interview where the Manager was explaining about the company, more than half the people had gotten up and walked out of the interview.   And the thing that I found more interesting than these people walking out was that the Manager didn't even react to it, which told me that this is a common occurrence.

I really don't know how this Pat Donnelly sleeps at night, and I hope that anyone who gets a phone call from her will NOT fall for this type of scam.

Same thing with me...just listened to my vm and was interested because I'm looking for a real job, but when I saw all the negative bs concerning Pat Connelly....seriously???

Received a call from from an agent stating that they knew that I was going on Medicare soon, and wanted to talk to me about my options. Told them my number was listed on the State and National do not call lists. Report these calls to the Federal Trade Commission, Florida Department of Financial Services, and Florida Attorney General.

I get a call with the same number and ask me for interview.  Glad to check from google and see the message.  It is wasting people time if they are not hiring and hurt people feeling while  they are looking for job.   I don't know how many people fell in this trap if they get success.

Insurance agent who said he was with Bankers Life wanted to talk to me about Medicare coverage. He didn't think that the National and State Do Not Call lists apply to them.

Just got a call from her....I got all excited it was for a real job....thanks for the heads up...on goes my search.  Not into that kind of company or insurance selling.

I just got the same call. She caled me last year and it was a group interview that was long and a waste of time. This is a total scam

Just got a call from Par Donnelly - 941-702-7016.  She said she was calling from Bankers of Sarasota and wanted to schedule a 30-minute interview with me for a management position.  When I told her I was in another state, she asked that I call her when I return to the area.  Thanks for all of the posts - I will not be calling!

Count me in as another potential victim of this interview scam.  But I, too, am a Google-holic and am not going to succumb to such shenanigans.  Shame on Pat Donnley for allowing herself to be used in such a scandalous way!  Bankers Life should be ashamed of their hiring tactics.  I'm reporting this to the Better Business Bureau right now!!!

I received a call 1 day after posting my resume from Pat Donnelly.  She indicated she found my resume on Monster and wanted to schedule an interview right away.  She said there were several positions open including "entry level management" and sales.  I told her I was not interested in sales and she said that was fine and scheduled the interview.  After researching on line and reading these remarks as well as remarks on other sites, I called Ms. Donnelly back and told her I had been doing some research and asked if she was conducting group interviews and she said No - it will be one on one.  I told her that her name and practice has numerous negative feedback and told her if her intent was to offer me sales and charge me any fees that I did not want to waste my time.  She thanked me for calling and ended the conversation.  I'm very thankful for these reviews and feed back.

The scam continues....she left a very forceful message about an interview this week (it is Friday morning)...this time the number was 941-702-7016.
