Unsolicited call. I didn’t pick up.

Midland Credit. Have no idea what they want because I never answer any call from out of state numbers and they never leave a msg.  Clearly it's a robocall. Added the number to my Block app so now it doesn't even ring.

if you already have a payment plan set up why do these jerks continue to call.  I don't answer my phone except for a few select numbers.  Same with my cell

If they are a collection firm why dont they leave a message or actually talk to you when you pick up?  You want my money but refuse to tell me.  Im supposed to be a mind reader and know what you want?

Most debt collection firms do not leave messages so that they don't get sued over them.  As to why they are not talking when you answer is a mystery to me.

They call everyday leaves no answer. Will block but i hear they will use another number. Such jerks!

Midland Credit for a collection that isn't mine.  Called at 8:23 on a Sunday morning.  Way to follow the collection laws.

Hate to burst your bubble but neither the day or time of this call violates the law until you tell the caller that Sunday is not a convenient time to call you. Of course, once you tell them you are not the person they are looking for and not to call you again, you can take legal action against them but it is best if your demands are sent in writing via US Mail, Certified Return Receipt with a notarized copy for your records.

A call at 8:23 am or pm on a Sunday is within federal guidelines.  Unless your state law says differently.  I see that on Feb. 9th, I posted a link to what you should be doing to stop the calls permanently.

They called on Sunday afternoon forst my husbands phone then mine back to back did not leave a message

called me multiple times throughout the day on a SUNDAY.  left no messages.  when i called back a man who could barley speak any english.

Has called several times this week and will not leave a message. NOW BLOCKED...

When I answer, some guy starts asks to speak to me by name. Accent is so thick I can't understand what he is saying then hangs up. Calls 3/4 times a day

unknown number. Did not answer. Spam or scam I presume
