I get these calls and sometimes it says "card services" other times, just the odd number. Mostly it comes thru as a number showing the incoming call id's the numbers all together with no separation of area code and phone number. Then the next line the numbers separated as any other phone call is.
I answered one time just to see what they had to say .Got the usual talk and then was asked if we had credit card debt of at least $4K. I said which credit card were they referencing? I got them to hang up.
What a bunch of CREEPS. Like we as consumers don't get their "game".

No message left, so it is likely a SCAM robo-call. Looks like it's yet another "card services" crook.

I asked them to hold for a minute and she said...'Why, What do you think I am?  Stupid?' And then she hung up.  Made me feel a little better.  LOL

Did not answer.  Caller ID showed "Trabuco Cany CA".

Thanks for the information.  Received the call with cid "out of area".  Since we no longer answer the phone (203 junk calls since January 2014), I record all call information on a spread sheet, and I check the numbers on this site to see if anyone has information.  I then record the info that you all provide on the master call list.

Regarding making them stop.  Nothing seems to work.  I used to mess with them, but got tired of epinephrine blasts, BP spikes and rage.  Tried not answering, but some still call almost daily.  Tried calling them back in the middle of the night, but they just got pissed at me (if they actually answered).  Only a couple have left messages, and those were snarky bordering on threatening.  As long as our number has been sold as an easy mark, we will continue this fight forever.  I've just chosen to topple my king and say game over.  We just use the number for outgoing calls, and check for the rare friend / legit business contact.  They leave messages!

This number is from American Credit Assistance. They say they are referred by your bank or credit card company. Your bank will not sell your information. I double checked with my bank to make sure. I have reported them to the BBB. You should do the same. Their board of directors are Antonio Politrano, Jay Singletary, and Marc Hirschberg. I finally got someone to give me enough information because I said I was going to call the police as clearly she works for a fraudulent company. She did give me the name of the company. All others have hung up on me. I am continuing my research to find a way to get in touch with these 3 from the board of directors. I will keep you all posted. I will not rest until they are in jail.

It's strange that the NSA can illegally track, catalog & record all US calls & most calls around the globe but no US government agency will enforce existing telecom laws to protect the consumer…  But they will waste tax dollars on such things as "DoNotCall.gov" in order to facilitate more government expansion…

These people keep calling and there seems to be nothing one can do about it.  My phone does not allow me to block the number.

This was about the 6th call from different fake spoofed numbers with the same recording from variations of "Card Services" so far today. I picked up and started yelling at this jerk. He must be new on the job. He acted surprised and said it was impossible that anybody had ever called us already. ROFL

When they ask me if I have more than 4K in credit card debt, I tell em you mother paid it. They called the next day and I told em I told you yesterday your mother paid it. He said F%$k you man and hung up. Made me feel good

Card SCAMMER.

This is the at least 3rd or 4th call I have received from them, naturally at dinnertime.  My answering machine gets the call, something about lowering credit card rates.  I use NoMoRobo (Free Online) with my phone provider.  They have done a great job blocking calls, however this number keeps getting though in spite of me reporting it several times.  After tonight's call I decided to blocked them myself, using my phone service providers do not call list, which allows me to block 50 calls.  Lets see what happens next.

Yet another fake number by the "Card Services" scammers! These people need to be put in prison!

You are wasting your time. These scammers are using Skype and a cheap, off the rack computer program which generates a new, fake number every few days. So, every time you block their latest number, they will call you back from another new, fake number in a few days. What they are doing is criminal (and that's just the fake number thing to get around the telemarketing laws .. because we all KNOW that the card services/lower interest thing is likely a huge scam as well, as they are probably identity thieves) and they should be in prison!

I know that I've blown out several ear drums with my police whistle! I hit whichever button will get me a real person & then BLAST the whistle until THEY hang up. It sure makes me feel better -- and eventually done of these [***] stop calling me.
