Caller wanted to speak to an employee about personal business.  I politely redirected her to use the alternate forms of contact gathered when their relationship was formed.  Caller pushed back.  I informed caller that the number she dialed is that of a business organization and not of the employee and to please notate that phone calls from CIG Financial are not welcome.

Follow Up:  During our conversation, caller aggressively pushed back on my request not to call this organization when they are looking to speak to an employee about their personal business.  Afterwards, I contacted the finance company and left a voice mail message for an executive reiterating the request.  I am pleased to say that I received a call back from a VP assuring me that they will not call again.
