They have been calling for the last few days from different numbers and a "San Juan Capistrano" caller Id.  Third number I have blocked from these folks.in the last three days.

Called back the number.  Recording: "This is an urgent public service announcement regarding your current electricity bill, informing you that you are now qualified under a recent bill passed in Congress ..."

answered call, nobody said anything

Pick up, no answer since I didnt say anything. likely robo call

These people call me from a different number EVERY day, today it was this number. I just keep blocking, hopefully they will run out of numbers soon.

Solar spammers.  Don't answer your phone if they call you.

We are on the National Do Not Call list AND we already have solar.
I am on permanent Disability & need rest.
It's apparent that the solar leasing industry- which (in my personal experience) is a fraudulent scam (only BUY solar) is deliberately ignoring Fed&CA rules prohibiting phone solicitations to those on the Nat'l do not call list. I get 1 or 2 solicitations a day. Time to fine the abusers into oblivion

I replied asking them "Did India arrested a whole bunch of you a few months ago?"

Spam call about the US renewable energy program. They left a message.

This number called and left no message. I believe it is a robo spam call and I have blocked this number after research the phone number here.
