I noticed no posts for this number in the past few years. I do not answer & they do not leave any message. I have had scammers leave messages. I have no clue as to whom they might be.

When my message posted I was able to see the more recent posts - thank you for your posts. Insurance sales makes sense - mine renewed 7/31/15.

They call 4 or 5 times a week. They answer my answering machine by continually saying hello, hello, hello,  are you there. Its almost like they dont know its an answering machine, but they really do, they just have to be jerks and act as if your call screening them. Then they hang up and never leave a message.

Just got a call.  Didn't answer.  No message was left.  Tried calling the number back.  Recorded message said that the number was unallocated.

calls several times, leaves no message.  I am on the do not call list.

My company gets anywhere from 1-3 calls from them DAILY! I believe they get some type of compensation (money?) every time you call them back, so stop calling them back. There needs to regulations on this type of crap, it's harassment, period, end of story. AND... if you don't call them back they will change the number that they call you from. Scummy trash, that's all they are.

They started calling after I added my number to the national "do not call registry".  I wonder if this is how they got my number???  Repeated calls.  An insurance company trying to sell me something.

Called my landline. As soon as I picked up and said hello, they hung up.  Caller ID read HBW.
