Caller ID said: "VOPI"  This stands for Voice Over Private Internet, and any unsolicited calls using this service are bound to be scams. Other sites indicate this this number has been used for a variety of scammy "service offers".

Just received a call from this number.  Caller ID said "San Juan Cap, CA".  I did not answer as I don't know anyone in San Juan, CA.   Caller did not leave a message.   My guess is that it's a Scammer.

Called cell phone, a number we rarely use or give out. Left no voicemail. Area code California. Know no one in California and do business with no one in California. We NEVER answer ANY unsolicited call. Too many CRIMINALS trying to victimize whoever answers the phone. No message, not important. Call ignored. No CID on cell phone.

949-392-4104 is a thumb sucking parasite known as a telescammer. Burn his number here and often.  Probably won't stop him, but will raise his cost of doing business forcing him to constantly change numbers because we exposed his con. Pray for him going out of business, getting a huge fine, and sharing a cell with Bubba. Block him Danno.

Called cell phone, California area code, no message, just wasted 5 minutes of my time that I will never get back!! Go away scammers, won't you ever learn!

Blocked.

Call received 5:23pm Feb.15, 2017. I didn't pick up, no voicemail left.

Didn't answer, no msg. left,

Caller ID said "San Juan Cap, CA    Didn't answer, no msg. left,

Answered the phone, no one answered on the other end

I answered the phone, but no one says anything.

I got a call from 949-392-4104 on March 3, 2017 at 1:46 pm, about the time telemarketers start to call.  The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on.  My caller ID said, "VOPI," as if that piece of crucial information is going to get someone to answer their phone.  I have been on the federal Do Not Call list for over ten years.

I never answer unknown numbers.

ID was California, no message. Scam
