    I get a call almost everyday from a strange number. Sometimes multiple times a day. Every time, the caller-id is the same, but the number is different. The caller-id is   "q?b??ev" . The question-marks shown are not simple question marks, but shown inside black diamonds, so I guess they are some non-ASCII characters..

    Nowadays I don't answer this caller-id anymore, but earlier on I tried to answer it a few times, but nobody every spoke from the other side. Everytime it seems to come from different numbers, so I cannot really block the number even. I called T-mobile to see if they could help, but they either could not help or didn't want to help.
