No message Caller ID show Laguna Beach CA

A lady was on the line when I answered. Seemed she was hard of hearing and was requesting my wife's deceased husband by last name.
They quickly hung up when I corrected them.
number is now blocked. Probably selling solar

Foolishly answered. Woman trying to tell me that I might qualify for energy credit. Claimed she wasn't selling anything. Told her I wasn't interested five times then hung up. Number's on my spam list now.

Selling solar.  Notorious scammers.  They have a whole bunch of numbers with the 949 416 5xxx prefix.  Block one, and they simply call from another.  The first time, when I asked to be taken off the list, the woman sarcastically replied, "Now why would I want to do that?" and continued her solar pitch.  Need to get an air horn so I can play it in their ear the next time they call.

They've called me twice.  They claim to be "American Renewable Energy" and are trying to sell solar panels for my roof. They don't take "Not interested" for an answer and repeatedly push their product.  My advice: don't answer or just hang up on them.

I held the phone up to my desktop TV.
Station was running a commercial selling Solar Energy.

Got a call just now from this number. But funny thing is they have called before this week from a different number, each one is from the internet. Thank god i have Mr Number on my phone to block them and the app just hangs up on them. But seriously this is getting annoying. In a nutshell it is a spam caller

Said they were American Prodigy with a 949 number located in Los Angeles, advised the person the phone number they called was on the do not call listed, I asked him for there address so I could report them and he reply why would I give that to you? And hung up. Number now blocked.

So much for a Do Not Call list.
