I have been doing this for years- Play along with them until they give you the credit card information. Call Visa or Mastercard & tell them the credit card info is stolen so they can shut down the card(s). Then email the scammer back & tell them it was declined LOL! Then for more laughs keep doing the same thing for every new card they give you!!!!

Oh - the magic of the internet.  We were contacted by David Johnson of CA - wants to order a large qty of an item and ship to Haiti without placing a test order.  Total cost of order $7,180.  Then he wanted us to contact his freight company in Haiti.  Total cost of freight $5,150.  Then he wants us to pay freight charge by wire because they do not accept payment from individuals !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Freight company and receiver is the same as posted by other businesses in this forum !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  We told David a 50% deposit is requested and to call or fax his cc.  This morning he called and caller ID shows a phone # from our city !!!!!!!  Here is a dimwit who claims he is out of the country but then calls with a spoof or stolen # so it displays our city area code !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  He is probably laughing all the way to his bank that he will be stealing $12,000+ from us but that will happen only in his dreams !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a scam. I got a phone call from him and addresses etc. even a credit card numbers.
I called our bank and CC processing people. What they is get you to run the card and then deny then charges for a credit.
They get the credit back and have the goods or just the credit. It is a scam.
Simple tell him or her that you need a non- refundable cashier's check to process the order. He will not call you or contact you again.
Think about it who agrees to the pricing no matter how much it is with out trying to get a better price.

It you are in a email or phone conversation with George tell him some ridiculous price and see if he agrees to it. He will because the high the pricing the more he gets.

Guess they are still trying to do this scam for over 2 years! But now we have the internet to find them out! Thanks to this forum I didn't have to waste much time on them. i didn't get a call, just the emails below.
