They just left us a voicemail and my employee forwarded to me as we are legitimate company that markets businesses and I have a direct number for my Google Support rep. The person's more than likely fake name is Steve and he claimed that we were not on Google Plus page when we are. I knew this was fake. Beware of the crooks calling you from 949-478-6815 as they are not only Google, but also not Google Certified as they claim. But you can be sure they will change their phone number and continue . 9494786815 (949) 478-6815

Said thety represented Google Plus were pretty intense message. Then Stevo wasn't available

They threaten with this recorded message. "This area your listing could be suspended or removed within the next thirty days. Press one to be connected to the tech support person assigned to help you personally or press eight if you are no longer in business or would like to be removed from this list."

They make it sound like they are Google. I am so tired of these kinds of calls. I now block everyone from CA, OR, WA and ID. If Google really does need me, they have my Google Voice number, my Gmail address, my mailing address and they can leave me a message telling me it is really them. I would be glad to call the the REAL Google back.

they have left the same message here.  i also have received the same kind of threat from go daddy.  really is sad that you have to google a number before you return the call.

Received a auto-voice message from (949) 478-6815 saying they were going to no longer list my google listing effective in a couple of days.  The system said I must call back and rattled off the number very quickly.  I knew it was a scam from the get-go.  I am SO SICK & TIRED of this non-sense from these telemarketers.  I am on the do not call list, and they repeatedly call.  People who start these business to scam others should start using their brains for good.  We would all be a lot happier, less stressed and a more cohesive community.  I can't understand for the life of me understand why people prey on others.  Does it give them that much satisfaction to know they got something over on someone else?  Maybe if you put those brains to better use, you may find it much more rewarding to help people rather than hurt people.  GROW UP!  

Robo Rick calls and coughs and chokes in my ear, apologizes and then starts with the threats.  Grrrrrrrr  I just hung up.

These nonstop calls are going to send me over the edge.  All day long.  There should be a law lol!

Probably time to buy a call blocker device, app, or phone.
Google "call blocker" to see the various types, and find one that best meets your needs.

Ugh! We get SO.MANY of these stupid "Google listing" crap calls, all from different numbers.

You'll never see this, but we're inundated with these dang calls at my office, too. We're tiny, tiny--but we have a good voice mail system. I've started letting any non-local number go to vm; if it's a legitimate call, I call them back and apologize for "not being able" to pick up when they called.

There is a law, ROBOCALLS are 100% illegal in the US if not a school closing emergency notification, church, charity or political. Goggle Robo call lawsuits and read of the judgments being obtained against Robocallers. WE NEED TO START SUING THESE IDIOTS .

Turned off voice mail and let it ring till they give up.

let the phone ring while i checked the number, since I do not recognize it.  Called back and got voice mail that this is Steve, I am currently on the line with another customer, please leave your number twice and he will get back to you, left message said I am on the DO NOT CALL list, next time I get a call I expect $100.00 for my time and will need the billing address to invoice you.
