No one on other end of line when answered

Got a recorded voicemail from a Charlie, who didn't leave any professional information besides his first name and this phone number.  It was left on the general answering machine at a private school.  Just said that they have "exclusive territory" for more students.  Sounds like some sort of scam.  WTF?

We received a message from this number almost exactly the same as mentioned by Jazzy. Sounds very fishy.

I just got the same message. Has anyone gotten any further information regarding this caller?

Just got a recorded message from a man called Charlie. I did call the number but got another recording for Charles. Has anyone gotten anything further from this number?

This scammer is a troll who calls claims to have "exclusive territories" for you if you want more business for your (fill in the blank) business specializing in (fill in the blank). They troll websites to try to catch someone in their net of lies. As other reports have stated, the message does not identify the business in any way. Block!

Blah blah blah.......Just another illegal robo-call!!!!!!!!!!
