I have been getting harassing text messages from this number. I believe I know who it is who is harassing me, and I did call the police to report the text messages. I asked this person to identify herself or himself, and they refused to do it. If it was a legitimate message, or if it was someone from the city calling me to warn me about a city code violation, I'm sure they wouldn't hesitate to tell me who they were. They wouldn't have tried to hide their identity. I am saving the text messages just in case I need to file police report
