    What number did you call for the IRS? The number your are reporting on? Most likely that's a faked number and who you called back was the scammer who called you in the first place. Do you really think a legitimate IRS agent would become irrational and hang up on you? You got some learning to do. Google IRS PHONE SCAM and get yourself protected.
