    Received a text message: "Do you owe $10,000+ to the IRS? Our gov't approved program can REDUCE BACK TAXES by over 70%.  Reply "YES" to see if you qualify! (optout, reply:out)".  I can't find any information on this number, and I called from a different number to see if anyone was on the other line... and no one answered, and there was no voice mail system set up.  First type of spam text message I've ever received. I'm not happy.
