We are a business, and no one here has any student loan debt. Caller ID came up as "Student Loan". The illegal pre-recorded spiel went as follows, "Hi, this is Holly Jones, and I'm calling from the processing Department. I'm so sorry if you're busy. I'm just calling with some really great news. It looks like there's been some significant changes to your federal student loan repayment options. So if you can give me a call back today, that'd be great. My direct phone number is 949-763-5396. Again, that's 949-763-5396. If you can please have your reference number when you call in, that'd be awesome. It's 573. Thank you again. I look forward to talking to you. Later."
