    I got a call from this phone number, and sounded like a woman speaking English with a Vietnamese accent.  Called back with a spoofed number, and the phone number of 949-698-4369 had an automated phone number asking for a magic number.  Nothing happened when you type the 949-698-4369 into the keypad.

    what ever institutions  U are dealing with. Do not go out and pay any bill or put money to any account if any one calls for. if worse happened it already happened, its not gonna get batter. so please do not rush and act over the phone call schemers. do your home work and AGAIN AND AGAIN DOUBLE CHECK. LOOK FOR HARD COPY FROM THE ACTUAL CREDITER OR BILLING AGENTS AND ALWAYS ASK THEM TO VERYFY YOUR INFORMATION WITH THEM, LET THEM TELL u ABOUT YOUR INFO, AND AGAIN DOUBLE CHECK. AND WAIT FOR THEM TO ACT ON THE SITUATION AGAIN
