    I got call saying the call was performed from police department and my social security has filed for Fraudulence activity. I am concerned if this is a scam call or actual call from police department

    I have called Irvine police department and verified the call. The officer said I got scam call.

    I got a call from this number. The guy said he is an investigator for a criminal case. He knows my legal name. He asked me whether I received any phone calls from police department. I said no then he hung up immediately.
