Automated message: Girl says "Looks like we missed you again. Please call 1-888-337-6888 to see how we can help you." This was to my brand new cell phone number (as of 7/1/2011)! How did they get the cell number so quickly???

It's a home mortgage loan company. And I had immediately registered the new number with the Do Not Call Registry, but I know it takes time. I also did NOT have a forward from my old cell number, so it has to be robo-dialing...

keeps calling every hour, 6 times today.  i don't answer and they dont leave a message.

I had my phone off for a few days and they called three days in a row and left messages.  I put them in my reject list so they can't ring my phone then filled out three separate complaints on the Do Not Call web site ... ha ha ... like that helps.  I love to get the loan and have them collect it from the previous owner of my number, can that be done?

I just received a call from this line......I didn't answer but someone left a unintelligible message to "call back".  I'm glad I came on the internet first to check out the number.  I don't give ANYONE my cell number so I am furious they called me.  I'm also on the DO NOT CALL list.  Waiting to see if they continue to call me as so many of you have stated here.

Over the last few days I have had 7 or 8 calls a day. No one but my wife and children have my number as this is an emergency phone only. As a matter fact it is usually turned off when I am at home. I was not sure if I had the number registered so I just registered it. I do not answer calls unless I know who is calling, but it's just the nuisance factor and the invasion of my privacy.un

Goodness.  6 calls by only 5pm today, 4 yesterday.  I called back finally and said not to call this number and they guy was rude, told me how would he left a message.

I am so tired of calls from this number, especially since I have an elderly aunt who lives in this area so everytime they call and I see the area code, my heart almost stops.  Why is there a government agency "Do Not Call Registry"?  I don't think they do anything!  Maybe they just keep the complaints filed away somewhere to cover their a----- in case they get busted!
