I keep getting calls from this number asking if I want to refinance, I keep telling them now but that does not stop them from calling at all.  They just keep right on calling.  I work from home and it is very annoying.  Have no idea if they are real or a scam.

I have been called twice within 3-4 days. No voicemail. I answered the first time and got no reply.
Must be a telemarketer or scam. Blocking number.

I am on the Do Not Call List so they shouldn't be calling me.

Called last evening when I was in the shower and then called back around dinner time today. They don't leave a message. I don't pick up if I do not recognize the number.

This was a hang up, but I've gotten the "Home Refinancing" folks with heavy mid-eastern accents before. Generally it seems they are employed by companies in the U.S. to drive sale leads to them, apparently in total disregard of the National Do-Not-Call Registry. Since you can't get to the original caller (who knows what or where THEY are...?), here's what I like to do: Play along, expressing interest, giving bogus info about you and your house/car, and then wait for the actual 'employer' companies to call. When they do, get as much information about them as you can, then file a BBB complaint against each of them ("Unethical Sales Practices", for hiring entities that violate the NDNCR in order to receive sales leads - you ARE registered with the NDNCR, right...?). Since there is no real enforcement muscle behind the NDNCR, it is up to US to enforce it. Messing the callers around and punking them to waste their valuable time is a start, but a BBB complaint forces the "legit" companies in the U.S. to take a close look upstream at the entities they are working with and possibly putting a black mark on their name and reputation. I've already gotten two energy supply companies, an insurance company and a MAJOR home renovation company to re-evaluate their policies regarding telephone leads. Sorry, but if we want to fix the constant telephone-ringing crap, we're gonna' hafta' do it DIY style - and hey, it's fun and satisfying...!

Do any of you have,  or have you had,  Nationstar Mortgage? They are beyond pests about refinance. These calls started within two days of telling Nationstar not call about refinance again (probably will refinance with another company just to get away from Nationstar). Just curious if there is a link.

Three calls in two days. Added to my auto reject list. Had Nationstar and refinanced a couple of months ago. Agreed about re-fi hounding!

I keep receiving calles from unknown ... I answered the first time and they asked my name i said this is her,they told me they got hired to give me some documents to sign and i said documents from who and what they were about.... They said they couldn't tell me so i hung up... What's really strange they started to call my sister-in-laws husband that. I see twice a year asking things about me and telling him they have a document i need to sign... They wont stop calling n harassing him... I already went to the police station they said they can't really do anything cause i have no information of the callers.... Im stressed out!

These clowns keep calling on my cell phone and bothering me at work.  I've told them multiple times that I'm not interested and they are disturbing me at work.  Could someone please get the actual company information so I can follow up and make a complaint?

Just received a call from them and when I said I wasn't interested "Daniel" said "you are a morherf........" and hung up. Nice guy!

Called, left no message. Caller ID said it was from California. Added to block list.

I keep getting calls from these people even though my number is on the do not call registry. How can they continue to call even after I have told them not to call and that my number is on the do not call registry? Its ridiculous!
