    The female caller (I can define what a woman is), tried to con me into giving out personal details about myself and home, claiming she wanted to make an offer on my house. However when I asked for her appraisers or real estate license #, she wrongfully informed me such licenses were not required to do real estate business in California. When I told her that I was a licensed real estate broker, she abruptly hung up.
