I got a Voicemail from May stating that they had received a complaint about me in their offices and gave me a reference/case number to call back.  May however stated my maiden name and not my married name (been married for more than 13+ years.  The voicemail than went to an automated message about how someone is processing papers and they will be served to my work if I don't answer my home address.  The odd thing is they called my husband, then my dad and my sister.  Same message each time as none of them picked up.  For giggles, I called the number back and got the rudest guy basically saying I hide from my debt (mind you have not been late or missed a payment on any of my debts for almost 20 years).  I asked what company he worked for and he stated "FJMorgan".  He got really verbally aggressive over the phone and I hung up.  So my sister called the number back and pretended to be me and got a "sweet" southern lady that used the words "hunny", "dear" and "darling"  My sister got farther with this lady with only verifying my name.  She stated she works out of the law offices of Franklin, Jones, Morgan in California and it was First Financial filing the complaint.  She asked my sister for my birthday to verify that she was actually speaking to me.  She refused and that is when the lady went from sweet to a raging C***, threatening that I will be served at my work, my family members are going to need to hire a lawyer because they are going to drain my bank account.  Googled the law office and the bank.  First Financial is a local bank within a 50 mile radius of my house but I have never done business with them.  Franklin, Jones and Morgan in California doesn't exist.  These people are a complete joke and the way they try to intimidate and scare people is laughable.  Please do not fall for this scam!

Same experience as the person above from "Alex" to follow up on a complaint from "some person". My file is being prepared to be sent out. I will need to be available to sign for the delivery then they will be delivered to my verified place of employment. I need to contact the issuing agent immediately at 951-277-6268. This call has been logged as proof of efforts being made to notify you....
I just paraphrased but it was exactly like the message "SP" wrote.

They are just grabbing information about you from these shady "verified" or "who is" sites. I wish the  FCC would shut this garbage down and the sites the openly display information about people that is incorrect or partially correct.
