Seems like a scam, but could be a collection agency. Will NOT return their call. Call came in on a different number

They called and try to tell me that they were going to sue me for a debt that was over 30 years old that I had filed bankruptcy on 30 plus years ago.

I too received a call from my mom's phone and mine about a complaint.. yes could be collections but I don't owe anybody money

Received a call for someone with my last name that they're being sued and paperwork is being sent to them to sign for at their home and at their place of work. Person said that they are calling on a recorded line. Has to be a scam because I'm not in debt and I don't know anyone that will sue.

Left a message "Hello this is Rose calling to follow up with a document delivery for a ____ _____. The Bedfords Case number is ________ Documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out. You will need to be available to sign for the delivery- it keeps going and then says ...."...in order to stop further action form begin taken, you will need to contact the issuing agent immediately at 951-281-0453. This call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts bering made to notify you- the person they mention when leaving the message (recorded message btw) is someone I haven't been with for over 24 years.

Phone number called looking for relative saying they will take action. Called number back, person who answered gave business name that wasn't on Google and became hostile when I refused to answer questions.
