I received a text form this number and it is the same as two others that I received, "Homeowners lower your Mortgage Payment by up to 60 percent with a loan modification program. No equity, ok. Poor credit, ok. May we contact you??"

I received the same text messages - a THOUSAND times already.  I keep responding, telling them to take me off their call list.  Next, I'll be suing them for harassment.  This is CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received the Debt Relief Program text message from this number at 6:45 AM this morning.  I have reported it to the DO NOT CALL.gov website.   I didn't respond to them, as I didn't want tons of follow up messages or calls.  FYI the 951-319-3979 number is a cell phone based out of Southern California.
