Also received on my caller ID 45 minutes ago.  Readout states PHES as the caller.  No message

I received a call from them also, they are another solar panel telemarketer.  For me, it is about their fifth call made to my number.

Just got a call from them - I didn't answer. Caller ID read "PSMA". Left no message.

Caller ID for this call read PSTA. Answered phone on third ring but no one was on the line. If this is a legitimate company why does the caller ID keep changing? The PSTA is a transit agency in Florida.

These folks called me also; it is the same problematic callers that used another phone number and caller ID, PHES.  This time the caller ID showed PSTA.  They are pushing or annoying you into buying solar panels.  
The changing of the caller ID Acronyms or abbreviations and phone numbers is to trick the person on the other end of the call into answering the line.  DO NOT BE FOOLED.
