This is a boiler room full of Scammers, you could hear them trying to con people in the background. The person that called me was speaking Spanish.

I got a call from this number. I didn't answer. I didn't get any message.

"My name is Sergio Sicairos, and I'm reaching out to discuss travel bookings.  We represent companies like: Sara Lee Frozen Bakery, SurveyMonkey, Expensify, and Dropbox and can save you....."

They call me over and over again and I'm on the do no call list. My phone number is registered under my boyfriends name and he is latino, so I think they are calling based on that, but every time they call, its "Buenos Tardes" and my answer is always, I DON'T SPEAK SPANISH. They immediately hang up on me.

This is obviously a fraudulent telemarketing operation out of California. Every single time they call me and I start asking questions about them they hang up. They supposedly speak no English, only Spanish, and I am fluent in both languages so I'm able to be understandably inquisitive as to their intentions, and they always request pertinent information from me. To no avail, of course. This is when the call is always disconnected by the calling party. Beware, fellow countrymen and women! This is, indeed, a scam.

Well, since there are very few actual number that start with a 555 prefix, that should be your first clue.  Probably your last clue as well.

Right you are, Mr. Laden. They are, indeed, scammers, and they seem to be targeting Spanish-speaking people. I speak English and Spanish and when I start asking questions about them they hang up on me. They requested pertinent information from me and when I refused, the call was "mysteriously" disconnected. Lol

True that, BigA, only in the movies, right? Lol
