Someone from this number has called 4 times, collect.

Caller ID said TCG. No message left. 7:15Pm on a Sunday.

I received a phone call from TCG according to the caller ID.  They left a maessage but I think it began before the tone.  Here is what they left "...at California Rehabilation Center Norco in california. To hear the cost of this call dial or say 9 and hold, to accept dial or say 5 and hold, to refuse hang up. For customer assisstance and collection or complaint procedures dial 1-888-415-0377."

I have something more to add.  I looked up "California Rehabilitation Center" This is the first paragraph of their mission statement: "The California Rehabilitation Center is a medium Level II correctional facility with an inmate population consists of felon commitments as well as Civil Addicts. The primary dual goals of CRC are to provide an atmosphere of safety and security to the public, visitors, staff and inmates and to successfully treat and return all civil addict commitments to a useful and productive lifestyle."  Apparently inmates are  trying to contact people on the outside for some reason.

Caller id is TCG, message said all calls are being recorded and then the call disconnected.

This number wanted us to accept a collect phone call...I immediately hung up...then they called back...when my husband answered they hung up.

Call is a collect from California Rehabilitation Center asking for an unknown person

i don't know why this number keeps calling me  , not sure , when I call back its all messed up
