Received call with no one there

I got this too and it was an automated voice from Brookdale Honda to remind me of my apt.

This is a number from the service department at Rudy Luther Toyota in Minnetonka, MN.

Rang once, didn't get a chance to pick it up before the call was ended but I do have a pending appointment at a local VW dealership.

I too, got half of a message about customer service. I have an appointment with VW tomorrow also.

That would make sense. I just had an appointment at Rudy Luther Toyota and they usually follow up to see how it went.

I got a call too, but I don't have a car or even a license to drive a car!

I got a call too.  It was Luther Mazda and Mitsubishi asking if my repair solved the problem.

This is an automated service that Luther VW uses.

Since it is automated it takes a while for them to come on. If you don't wait long enough obviously you won't have someone on the line, so WAIT! it's that easy.

I agree it's an automated service, I almost missed it a few times because I hung up too early. IF they called you and you don't have any service to be done someone screwed up when the entered your number in.

This service is used as a reminder for your scheduled auto appointment. People key in wrong numbers all the time! Everyone is only human and will make mistakes.

It is possible someone screwed up and keyed in their number wrong and just so happened to be your number. Mistakes happen that's the way it goes.

This number seems to be an out-sourced service company following up after service done at Rudy Luther Toyota in Golden Valley. They have called me three times since my last service work, leaving messages, despite my request to not be called.

Luther North Country Ford also uses this number. Got a call this morning reminding me of an appointment I have tomorrow. There wasn't a live person on the other end, just a computerized voice.

If you dial that number, you get the "Luther Customer Care Center".  I got two calls from that number within 1 hr today.  One on my cell reminding me of an appt I had at Luther VW, and another on my home number for the previous holder of my phone number, a cold call from a different dealership (Toyota I think) for car service.  [They agreed to take my number off their list.]  So sounds like this family of dealerships does all its dialing through one service and it shows up with this number.  Not too sinister, as these things go.

I had an automated voicemail message left from this number reminding me of an upcoming service appointment at Bloomington Acura Subaru.

Brookdale Mitsubishi Survey about some recent work on my car which they did an awesome job so I gave them a 10/10.

I had an Appointment with North Country Ford, in [***] Rapids Minnesota, the first week of February 2011.
I do not answer my phone from an Unknown Caller.  
I presume it was from them.

Brookdale Mitsubishi calling about some recent service they did on my car. Not a recording, live person only asked 1 question. Scale of 1-10, how likely would you recommend us to a friend or family member? I said 10 which is true. They have always taken care of me and I couldn't have been happier with my last service visit. The survey stuff kinda gets annoying, but meh I was very happy with the service.

These people owe me nearly $5000 for services bought almost a decade ago, my bad for not pursuing it.

Now I get a junk phone call from Danny Luther's Auto group when I don't even have a car with them. Maybe it is Monte B. The guy who won't pay his bill.
