this number called my home asking for some one i don't know , then started to ake me if i was some one named mark like i was being intaragated then got nasty with my wife

I got a call too very early in the morning... this is a bill collector and they are violating the FCC laws they can only call between the hours of 8am and 8pm  This is ridiculous. They also interrogated me when I told them I did not know who they were calling for.. I told him it was rude to call so early in the morning and that it was only 740am and he said he knew and then hung up abruptly.

NEVER answer calls from numbers you do not recognize!

Got a call on my cell # from a Ryan Kelly at this number. He wanted to get in contact with my son and his wife. Left me a number to call: 1-800-865-8504 and a case number. I left a voice-mail with my son about the call.

I'm gonna sue the [***] outta this [***]!!!  He almost got my wife fired because he called there twice even though the first time she told him to stop!  I contacted attorneysforconsumers.com and I will be filing suit in Federal Court tomorrow.  That SOB is gonna pay!  (Not just an idle threat, either).

Does anybody know who he collects debts for (chase, wellsfargo, etc)?!?  Thanks!

I keep getting a call at random times throughout the day from this number. After about 2 weeks of ingnoring it this R. Kelly guy leaves a message to call him back at a 1-800 number. Why would I want to do that? I don't know him and he didn't state a reason why he was calling.

This guy, Ryan Kelly. Has somehow obtained the phone numbers of my entire family, including brothers and sisters that I haven't talked too in years. He told my sister she was a liar when she told him that she wasn't my wife because I've never been married which is true. He's kind of a [***] and has some how managed to keep from getting his face smashed in but I doubt that is gonna last.

ryan kelly called me from 9525826061, left vmail to call 18008658504. he asked for my ex husband. asked if i was his wife. i said wasnt comfortable telling him anything til he could tell me whay he was even calling. he said from cpc. i asked what that was and i dont remember what he sadi  about the c's but the p meant portfolio. then i asked what he does and answered back w more personal questions. i said if he didnt tell me more, than i wasnt going to. he quickly said okay i will just have to recommend the full balance goes to  (my ex.... ...) and hung up fast . that caused some stress in me and i also want to know how he got my phone #. i dont share a phone with my ex.

Ryan Kelly called my father-in-law @ his home asking him to contact me, to tell me that I needed to return his call, because it was an emergency!! Well first of all, if there were truly an emergency, why would you contact somebody else instead of me? Duhhh!!  So my wife googled his name and found out that he's a real [***] of a person who gets off harassing people for $$$$. Well my guess is he's trying to collect money from me on debt that's been paid years ago, so he's wasting his time with me!!! And it was a 1-800 number that I was supposed to call!

Received a call this morning from 952-582-6061 (Minneapolis, MN), no VM.  If the call is that important, they would leave a msg.

Beware of this number!!  Also calls from 859-317-5031.  We never answer unknown numbers.  Called several times a day.  First few times, did not leave a message, then said they were a debt collector and said to call 800-865-8504 - but did not say who the message was for.  Called that number & they said our son's name - that the message was for him & wouldn't give us any information.  Suspicious - since our son has not lived with us, or used our phone number for ten years now!  Gave him the number & he called it - they said he was 'millions' of dollars in debt with the IRS.  He told them that was funny and wanted to know what kind of job he was supposed to have to earn that kind of money - since he has always had a minimum wage job and has paid and filed income tax every year!!  If this place is legit - something fishy is going on there!!
