The woman calling wanted to know if I'd received my new Medicare card.  I said no.  So she asked if I could tell her what color was on the top of my old card.  I told her.  Then she asked if there was a red line on the bottom.  I said that was correct.  Next she wanted to know my Medicare number.  I told her I didn't want to give out that number.  She said it was to assist me. I'd only give her the last 4 digits. She said she needed the whole number, but I said no, that she said they're sending me a new card, so I'll see it then.  She hung up!
