Just got a call and no message left,no idea who,what,or why

Received two calls from this number, have no idea who’s this or what they want, no message left

esto me parece un robo... o un engaño

I received a call from these people and apparently I filled out some 'Water Survey' in which I won a Home Depot gift card which they would apparently give me if I let them enter my home to do a water test. I kindly declined the offer and asked to be removed from the call list. I do not remember filling any survey at Home Depot.

Same here left msg claiming that i won a gift card due to a survey that i filled out they think last year
No way not a survey taker
So good guess it is a scam

Got a call from this number stating broward wtr cns. Didn’t pickup and they sent a text saying “19542516054 Deposited a new message:
"This person called, but left an empty message"
