I work for a suicide hotline with five to six lines (including holds). They have called me, several of them at the same time, clogging up each of my lines. I can see each line blinking with the same caller id "Deerfield bch" 954-281-9522. I had to ask several of them in a row to remove the number. When they told me it would take 48 hours, I said that is not good enough since we are a suicide hotline and they are jamming our lines. I asked for a manager, they said there was not one. So then I threatened to call police down there and they hung up on me. If anyone ever finds a physical address for them, please post. They do this to us every couple months and I will call police to show up wherever they are if I have to.

This company is horrible on customer service. They repeatedly call during the week. I have told them to stop calling and to remove my work number but they continue. Now they are blocking the caller ID to have me answer. Last time they called and asked for a contract employee, I told them he no longer works here and then they wanted my personal information. How about giving me your cell phone, home address, etc.?

@Cam: I am sorry they are clogging up your phone lines. I believe a suicide hotline, poison control, and similar type help lines should be protected from nonsense like this.

It seems telemarketers are out of control in the past year or so. That said, my experience has been that many of these callers are actually coming from overseas. We regularly receive calls that appear to be from local numbers (usually local cell phone numbers, but sometimes even landline numbers). When we try to return the call, we typically get a recording, often stating the the number is not in service. Our local police have posted ways to stay safe from these bogus callers who have managed to manipulate and spoof phone numbers to get more people to take their calls.

Best of luck. Just thought you should know your not alone and it's very unlikely you will be able to track them down to a physical location.  I strongly urge you to report the calls to you local police department(s), the phone company, etc.

I work in an office so I when I answer I do the usual "Thank you for calling .... this is Z how can I help you?", and they stay silent and never answer. Then they hang up and call again minutes later. This has been happening all day!

The same thing has been happening to me.  They have called at least 10 times today and each time no one says anything.  They eventually hang up.  I tried calling the number back.

Posting "Stop calling us", on this website isn't going to get them to stop. They will never even see this website.
