Don't confuse telemarketing with Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare. This is just plain entrepreneurship at best and a scam at worst.

I got a call from them but didn't  pick up. Reverse directory lists them as a telemarketer, but telemarketers are blocked from my phone. All I can say is "BEWARE OF THE INFINITY BUG" and other similar software that they sneak onto smart devices, this is how they do it, but it generally requires a "Pick Up" to infect. Search "Infinity Bug" or contact a professional "Debugger" to make sure your clear. These are hideous spying programs and are not a urban legend.

This # calls me everyday.. never leaves a v.mail.. stop calling me!

I got a call from this number myself, early this morning, that woke me up. I answered: "Hello is Susan ***** available?" I asked who it was, they told me it was from Vital one health care. I told him "I have told you guys several times to quit calling my f'ing number. To which the guy responded: "Oh you finally grew some balls?"  I was in shock for a second, wondering if it was my lack of sleep causing me to hear this or what so I replied: "Excuse me what did you say" of which he repeated it again.

I called the number that called me back, spoke to another rep and requested the manager/supervisor. They assured me I wouldn't be contacted ever again. I told them if I was contacted again that I am going to make a lawsuit of that phone call.

I am so tired of these phone calls that finally I got myself a whistle and they don't call back. Also, what I do I ask the callers What's your name? Why are you calling? What company do you work for? And they get annoyed and hang up. Some times I disguised my voice pretending no speak English, they sure get frustrated and hang up. I am not playing that game scammers, you hear me.......

Brian called from Vital One Health Plan. Called me by my formal first name. Even businesses I deal with know not to call me by my formal name. They were allegedly trying to sell insurance. 1-(954) 306-9602  I called back and asked to talk to corporate, there was no corporate. I asked to speak to management, his name I'm told was John. I asked for his full name, she said she couldn't pronounce it, so ask him when I talk to him. I hung up while on hold. I was called back, but didn't answer. A message was left of a person saying "[***], (breathing) [***] ass [***]" 3/16/2015 approx 4:30pm Eastern time. I am on a DNC list. This doesn't appear to matter anymore...

Do not call this #again!!  It is an unused xtra line.  Total harassment !!!!

Keeps calling I won't answer numbers I don't know . won't leave a message so I guess I'll have to figure out how to block it .

I have Medicare so I never signed up to be contacted. They called at 7am today, and about 4-6x a day. I keep blocking the numbers and they call from another. Why can't they accept we don't want to talk to them? My phone doesn't ring very often so they are annoying me!!

Continuous calls from this number- no one ever says anything.  Called back and used the automated system to talk to someone in sales (yep, sales always answers the phone)- the guys was extremely rude and said he would not remove my name from whatever list it was on, that I was wasting his time and hung up.  I tried calling  back to get to someone else, but it all goes to this same person.  I eventually had to block the phone number.  Rude and extremely unprofessional.

Received five calls AFTER the first call. I told them with the first call I was not interested and not to call my phone number again. Now I am reporting it here. I am registered with National Do Not Call Registry. Go figure.

This number keeps calling and the first time I answered no one responds. Two to four times a day this number calls. No message is left. I am on the DO NOT CALL Registry
