I got several calls from this number within a very short period of time.  I answered the first two times and all I heard was a beep being repeated (but it didn't sound like a fax).

Caller ID-MARCUS DIBRELL.  Their website says "certified provider of medical cost containment, travel assistance and medical risk management solutions designed to set the industry standard for quality customer service, medical management, and competent claims administration worldwide."

No idea why they called me to sell me that gibberish.  However, I do have 4 claims in the works with Generali Travel Insurance for cancelled American Airlines flights.  Since GMMI is an established company and I see some of the same words, I am assuming that Generali sold them my phone number.  I will classify them here as a telemarketer, but for all I know, they are a bunch of Italian terrorists.
